Cool Cats don't drink and drive!
Cats on Wheels is a drug free event, and we do not tolerate any use of illegal drugs at events hosted by or in connection to Cats on Wheels. Daytime events at the festival will also be kept alcohol free. We reserve the right to politely ask participants to enjoy their alcoholic beverage at a better suited venue.
